The case of the sacked senators from Anambra.Where the Superem court (which is the highest court in Nigeria) held that; the said senators representing Anambra State should vacate their sits in the upper house of the country.
The said senators include Andy Uba and Stella Oduah, but they faulted the assumptions that the Supreme Court removed them from office, arguing that they were not party to the suit, which dealt with leadership crisis in Anambra PDP.
It's shocking that those who should be conversant with the laws could be deceiving the public regarding their true status after the Supreme Court had held it's final judgement.
Also in the controversial case of IPOB boss Nnamdi Kanu.. We have heard that the court decisions had also been faulted.
We have the judiciary system in our nation to help maintain law and order.
But it seems its of no use, as highly place politicians faults this order as they like.
