Billions of naira are budgeted and disburse for projects. But no project is ever completed.
Even the ones that are eventually completed are substandard.

The major project our government embark on are roads construction and rehabilitation.

Every administration spend billions on road rehabilitation. Yet our roads are in the worst state ever.

So what do the past administrations do with the billions of naira allegedly meant to rehabilitate the roads?


The saying "What ever is worth doing, Is worth doing well" doesn't apply to them. As they sign out billions then use a few millions to construct substandard roads.
