Here every suspect in an investigation is Guilty Until Proven Innocent", which applies if you have money to prove your innocence.
Then; If you don't have money, Your "Guilty Until Proven Guilty".
Innocent youths are arrested all in the name of an investigation. Those who can't bail themselves will be kept there to rot.
In some cases, innocent youths are said to even be tortured into confessing to crimes they didn't commit.
Those with the right connections or money are set free, even if they are guilty of the crime.Leaving the innocent ones (mostly youths) in their custody.
What's more painful is the fact that; The Police meant to protect and uphold the law are used for personal agendas.
The Police Slogan "Police Is Your Friend" is now term "Police Is Your Enemy" by some, and "Police Is Your Friend, If You Have Money" by others.
As they say here: "First to report to the police is always innocent".
